Elevated to 2nd Degree

CONGRATULATIONS!!
Last night at the Bob Long School of Self Defense Shihan Brian Long recognized one of his students for all their hard work, dedication and willingness to understand and accept that the journey in martial arts is a life long one. After many years of training last night Jeffrey Rosen were elevated to 2nd degree Black Belt a very high rank at our dojo. At this time on the behalf of the Late Great Grand Master Bob Long, Shihan Brian Long and the entire family at our dojo, Congratulations!!
On a personal note it has been an honor to train with and next to these two individuals!!
